LomoMission: Fright Night

Share portraits of people in creepy costumes and win voucher for the Lomography online shop.

Fear is subjective. What spooks a person might look like a hilarious joke to another. For this LomoMission, we challenge you to put a face to your greatest fear. Here are some ideas to get your started:

  • Dressing up as a zombie, vampire, or ghost will never go out of style.
  • Use appropriate props and add a touch of realism to your get up. Add an extra limb or fake a bloody wound. Just don't overdo it or risk looking like a cartoon.
  • The background is just as important. Shoot portraits in a haunted mansion if you dare. Make sure you're donning a matching eerie attire or waste the spooky atmosphere.
  • Are you afraid of spiders or dolls? Incorporate them to your photo shoots. Arrange your hair into a spider web or make your eyes as big as a porcelain doll.

Each user can submit up to five (5) creepy portraits. This competition, which serves as the qualifying round for the "Human Stories" category, is open to all.
