Lomography Awards: Human Stories: By the Neon Sign

Here's a challenge for all night owls and lovers of dim settings: Create dramatic portraits under low light conditions.

Sometimes, a good photograph, especially in portraiture, is a matter of finding the perfect lighting. For this challenge, step out of your comfort zone and capture portraits at night or under low light conditions. Take advantage of neon lights and traffic lights and bring a party of colors to your shot. Or stay indoors and play with studio lights for a chiaroscuro effect.

Each participant can submit up to 10 photographs. This competition, which serves as the qualifying round for the Human Stories category, is open to all.
