When I went to Siberia, my Noblex really got under the weather. The electronics of the camera got crazy and I had only two exposure times working, no matter where I put the handle. Based on my gut feeling, it was a 30 and a 500. I chose to shoot with the 500, but was in doubt if my pictures were actually exposed as the electronic disorder really disturbed me. So I had some 20 or so rolls that were in total jeopardy. In the end, many of my shots turned out brilliant and I was so relieved that my boldness was justified.

Stay tuned for more of Herr Willie’s “Russia in Pictures” next Tuesday!

Based from what I read in the internet:
They (the russians) made a film camera that can withstand the weather in Siberia. The russian army use it Siberia, anyday without fault. It is the ZENIT E (& derivatives) film camera.
