Istanbul is a magnificent city. At the crossroads between the East and the West, it is a dynamic cultural metropolis with streets full of history. I went there for the first time in January 2016 and despite the cold of winter, the atmosphere of the city and the Turkish lifestyle have given me the impression of an Istanbul kind of dolce vita: walks along the Bosphorus, fishermen on the Galata bridge, steep streets, simit sellers, bazaars, cats, rooftops and the serenity of mosques…
