Mornings are more tolerable and calmer since the winter season. Whether it's snowing or not, the days are cast with clouds that eerily enough do not give off the usual tungsten overcast, nor is it sunny enough for bright yellow natural light. There is the illusion of mist. The neutral white light is pretty subtle but therapeutic, isn't it?
