Last June 2016, I had the desire to go somewhere new. So, I thought: Why not go to Bulgaria? It's the most random trip I had so far and I planned it four days before going. I got a cheap flight and met my polish friend Anna there.

We started in Varna, which is a nice place if you like to enjoy the sun and the warm sea. Situated in the Black Sea Coast, Varna is full of nice hostels and good places to eat. Then, we're off to Sofia: a city full of ancient memories. On the overnight bus, Portugal was playing against Poland and the kind driver transmitted the game during the trip. (Of course Portugal won! Yehey!) Be sure you don't miss the Rila Monastery which is a very beautiful and magical place. Bulgarian people are very kind and helpful. I'm coming back one day for sure!
