Hello! My name is Roberto and I'm a part-time photographer/gym instructor and full time lomographer

How did your interest with photography start?

I think I've always had an interest in photography but 5 years ago I decided to get to know a little bit more about the technical part of it, I read some books and did a couple of workshops and since then photography has been one of the most important parts of my life.

How would you define photography? What makes it worth pursuing?

I guess photography is seeing through a camera and freezing moments that most people don't even notice. It's a challenging passtime that will take years to fully master, but the learning process is part of the fun.

What inspires you?

Everyday life, other lomographers and their pictures and sometimes I'm even inspired by the cameras, what some do that others don't, what techniques I can try.

What makes a good photograph?

You know it when you see it Good composition is one of the main elements of a great photograph and also capturing the "decisive moment".

Any advice that you’d like to give aspiring photographers?

Practice a lot, be inspired by the work of other photographers and eventually your style will come through.
