First Roll of Film: Malaysia's Cliff Chong

Malaysian photographer Cliff Chong stopped taking film photos in 12 years but recently returned to it. He relived his favorite aspects of photography as if it is his first time shooting on film again.

Cliff recounts this experience by stating, "It’s been 12 years since the last time I shot on film. The result is not bad although I wasn’t quite confident at the time I took these shots ... I went on a film walk in Melaka with some of my photography buddies. The trip was a brief one but it had already layered the foundation of my interest on keeping shooting on film. "

During the photo walk, Cliff also shot in black and white film:

Cliff used his Canon AE-1 with the Fuji Superia 200 film for the photos. For more info on his work, check out his website.
