Philippines' Snapshots of a Happy Childhood Exhibition

Lomography history was made in the Philippines when the Snapshots of a Happy Childhood Exhibition was launched at The Podium on 5 September. The exhibition is a collaboration between Lomography, the Austrian Embassy - Manila, SOS Children's Village, SM Supermalls and Sunny16 and urges people to enjoy analogue photos depicting and representing wonderful childhood memories in full Lomo spirit!

The showcase features three displays: “Snapshots of a Happy Childhood LomoWall Exhibition,” “Captured Moments in a Loving Home Exhibition,” and “Lomography Classics Exhibition.”

Snapshots of a Happy Childhood LomoWall Exhibition

The 6 ft. by 14 ft. LomoWall exhibition is composed of entries from the Happy Childhood Memories Competition, as well as photos taken by children living in SOS Children’s Village in Manila.

Captured Moments in a Loving Home Exhibition

The SOS Children’s Village kids were each given a Lomography Simple Use Film Camera to share their stories through analogue photos, through which viewers could get a glimpse into the daily life and emotions of the children from their perspective.

Lomography Classics Exhibition

The exhibition also features an exciting array of Lomography products including analogue and instant cameras, and Lomography Art Lenses, showcasing the full spectrum of Lomography and its evolution as an experimental photography brand and community.
