How do I order and pay via money transfer? (Asia Pacific)

Here are the steps on how to manually order and pay via money transfer:

  • First things first, we will need your username so we have reference to your account.
  • Then please let us know what items you would want to purchase including their prices.
  • Please let us know your shipping address if it differs from the one in your user account.
  • We will get in touch with you with your order, which you will have to confirm.
  • Upon confirmation, do not forget to include your bank account details so that we will know what to expect when you send your payment to us.
  • Please send your payment to us. Then you should Contact Us after you have sent the payment. Please include the payment details.
  • We will then send out the order as soon as we receive your money, preconditioned that all items are available.
  • You will then receive an automated email with the tracking number of the delivery and the day it will be dispatched.
