Lomography Awards: Instant: Picture Within A Picture

Shooting with an instant camera makes it possible for photographers to do a picture-within-picture effect on-site.

For this challenge, we're looking for creative ways to incorporate an instant snapshot to your surroundings. Here are some ideas to get you started:

• Play with colors and textures: Subjects with vivid details tend to pop out better on instant photographs. Take a photo of that quirky decor or faux fur and use them as a background, too!
• Strike another pose: If you're shooting a portrait, let your subjects hold their instant photographs and strut their style the second time.
• Solo exploration: Take a picture of a scenic view and superimpose it against the scene right on the spot.

Each participant may submit up to 10 images. This competition serves as the qualifying round for the Now or Never category.
