What is going on?

I love the Belair, truly, but whenever I get photo's back or I develop them myself there is always something wrong with the final outcome. This lot was weird, I developed it with another roll in the same tank which turned out fine. This one has weird chemical looking streaks in it. Happy accidents are always welcomed but I can't wait to get a roll back from the Belair that is perfectly in focus, and looks awesomely normal.
