IR pinholes with a Diana F+

The F+ accepts a 52mm filter with the rim removed, placed in the film chamber. The debris you see was on the filter.
All exposures about 4 minutes in bright sun and with a 720nm filter.
The negative was too dense at that exposure, so probably 2 or even 1 minute would have been better.
Yes, I know, my framing sucks.

Awesome results. A 4 minute exposure time sounds crazy, but thanks for sharing that info. It will be very valuable when attempting IR pinholes in the future <3

@mafiosa at 4 minutes the negative was too dense. 2 minutes would be more appropriate, or even two. That also depends on the film you put in.

very cool, and it sure demonstrates the depth of field a pinhole provides, to keep both the building and the filter debris in focus.

@slobill Yes, sort of. Actually the filter is on the inside. The pinhole does NOT have an infinite DOF. See this photo:

The objects near the hole are not as sharp as the rest. Maybe a smaller hole would have helped, but on Diana F+ it is fixed. Well, yes, I could glue a new on a piece of foil but that's next time probably :-D
