A lens test . I recently acquired a beast of a lens ! A carl zeiss jena 180mm 2.8 , quite unusual in that its nikon f fit . It has issues , the aperture blades are loose and float around in the barrel ! so i took this just focusing on the foreground and guessing the exposure to see what it can do . Apparently it has quite a reputation as portrait lens so perhaps i will chance a couple of shots on my next roll with it .

I bet it is great as a portrait-lens - the plants in the foreground are very sharp.
What is in the background? a church?
