"KL to BDG"

This is a mural on a material shop wall. Near my home, I always pass through this wall when I go home from campus. So creative mural, collaborating Indonesian culture (I think a "Barong" there) and modern art. I don't know who's doing this, but there's a sign "KL to BDG", Kuala Lumpur to Bandung?
