120 film developing 16.96 eu, plus scanning(1 shot- 10 eu), all in all 116.96eu. I was simply shocked!!!

wow! that's a lot of money! you could have bought your own scanner with the money! Still, 16,69 is a lot of money for only developing (i pay 3 euros for 120 film over here..)
