¿Quién diría que podrías conseguir tanto con tan solo un boli y un cuaderno?

  • Flowers That Bloom in Hyperspace Tra-la

    shared by herbert-4 on 2010-06-16

Doubles with fractals generated mostly with Chaos Pro 4.0, a freeware by Martin Pringstl, photographed with an old SLR, from an old CRT monitor with brightness set at painful, and, then rewound and with same SLR photographed assorted flowers around the neighbourhood. The film was developed and scanned at a CVS Photo Kiosk. The negatives look pretty dense. I think the riot grrrls at CVS helped out, somehow, at the scan. I didn't do much to them. Anyway, I'm proud of these. Enjoy.

Exposing both sides of the film (EBS). Shot colour negative first, then reversed the film and shot redscale side two days later. My biggest concern was that if the flowers would wither... (actually flowers in redscale has started to die...) Have a look at my article about this technique: http://www.lomography.com/magazine/tipster/2013/01/14/tipster-how-to-take-symmetrical-images-with-exposing-both-sides-of-the-film-ebs

    shared by superlighter on 2013-03-22

around for years in my house a couple of Dutch catalogs of flower seeds, filled with images of flowers of all kinds, colorful, hyper saturated, a real treat for the eyes as well as a great incentive to the purchase of these seeds. This album wants to be an homage to those catalogs.

This is one on my favorite photos. I, rarely, used to try double exposures on my photos. But since I saw that one, playing with double and triple shoots in the same frame was one of my obsessions. I love how looks like it is raining flowers in this photo.
