IR

My first Infrared Films - Konica 750nm expired some years ago. I expected something else to be frank. Not sure where the mistake is - old film or wrong exposure? There is hardly any IR effect. I followed the advise in the Internet and set the aperture between 4 and 5.6 and fixed the the time at 1/60. The vertical streaks may be explained in using a fixation bath (Zorki) which has been in the bottle for some time already. Films was loaded in a Zorki 4 & Canon AE1. Semi stand development in Rodinal 1+50 for 25minutes at 21 degrees.

Interesting photo. My experience with IR films depend on the time of day, amount of direct sunlight used, the angle of the sun between subject and camera and filter used, as well as aperture and shutter speed used.

@neufotomacher many thanks. I like this shot as well, but had hoped for a strenger IR effect (sky, clouds)
