    I have a question/tip: Has your friend (or what ever he is) modified his camera? I have the same camera and have used a carpetknife to widen the area around the lense (left and right). I'm talking about the ca 1cm large ring around the pinhole. By doing that you get rid of the dark corners that would be the result in the picture without that modification.
