Reunion

I had been wanting to try this technique for a while and as the almond/cherry trees started to bloom they became the perfect subject ! I was inspired by some examples posted here and I called it 'Russian Multiexpo' as the member who posted had a cyrillic name (I can't find/tag him for that reason). However this person did not want to share her 'secrets' and would only tell that mutli-exposure was used. With multiple exposure, you have to shoot at -1 stop for two shots, -2 stops for 4 shots, -3 stops for 8 shots, -4 stops for 16 shots, etc. SO with each stop of compensation it goes 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 exposures, etc. So this is 16 exposures where I moved two steps around the bunch of trees after each exposure. In the end I probably covered a 35° angle or something. I might want to try with 32 exposures next time but 16 of them was already quite tedious to perform. By the time I was done with 4/5 frames, which probably took me about 20mn, the farmer showed up and kicked me out as I was standing in the middle of his field (I was careful and stepped in between the plowing lines) Please enjoy Chinon CX - Takumar 55/2 - CPL - Old Kodak Ultra 400
