Olympus XA2: Amazing 35mm Compact Camera
25 60 Share TweetThe Olympus XA2 is an amazing 35 mm compact camera with a clamshell cover which protects the lens. A closed clamshell will automatically lock the shutter release, thus you don't have to worry about accidentally pressing it. It is absolutely a convenient and user-friendly camera.
The Olympus XA2 is a simplified version of the Olympus XA with zone focusing and an automatic exposure system. It was produced from 1980 to 1986 by Olympus Optical Co. Ltd, Tokyo, Japan. For a "point and shoot" user like me, I don't have to worry about the aperture setting.
Bring Olympus XA-2 everywhere you go and use it day and night. Feed it with different types of film and play with different ISO speeds. It will always surprise you.

Indoor Without Flash
There's no need to adjust anything as it has an automatic exposure system:
Indoor with Flash A11
I personally don't like to use flash. Here's my tipster for indoor and night photography: Use a tripod or put your camera on the floor or any flat surface. Listen to the shutter until you hear the second tok sound before moving. You can try by steadying your hand as you hold it, but it will easily blur the image if your hand shakes.
