Lomopedia: Olympus XA2

Sometimes having your camera by you for a perfect photo moment is just 50% of the battle. The other half would have something to do with the quality of the camera you’re carrying. A camera that’s as dependable as your photography skills is important. Looking for a prospect camera? The Olympus XA2 may just be the perfect camera for the job.

The Olympus XA2 comes from the renowned XA series of ultra-compact point-and-shoot cameras that were designed to be small enough to slip into a pocket. The XA2 is a camera that has the user in mind. The point-and-shoot camera was meant to quickly take photos with a slide of the clamshell body. The quick movement then revealing the sharp D.Zuiko 35 mm lens for a crisp image even in the hands of a beginner photographer.

But don’t mistake the XA2 as just a camera for starting photographers. Its other slew of features like zone focusing, fully automatic programmed exposure and detachable unit flash make it a popular choice among serious shooters and even professionals. The XA2 can and will produce amazing photographs in a click of a shutter.

@theblues @hervinsyah it's without doubt cheaper than the LC-A! I paid mine 20€ with A16 flash, a nice and sturdy camera bag and an Agfa roll ;)
