Many a time we have heard and written stories about Tokyo, and one of the qualities that come up is how busy it is. The hustle-and-bustle is even more felt in Kosuke's photographs as he fits all these various visual elements into the pictures. Through this careful crafting and sensibility for visual loudness, we are able to immerse ourselves in his experiences. Another thing that contributes to this immersive quality of his photographs is his fondness for action photography. Most of the people found in his images are always in motion, giving us that sense of eternal movement that's also found in Tokyo.

The photographer uses his LC-A+ and Olympus OM-1n for these street shots, at times he uses double and multiple exposure techniques to create the urban "visual noise". He would also use mirrors from window shops and displays to capture reflections that add to the visual noise. Every detail adds stimulus to our senses, seeking our attention.
