how did you get the darker skies? polarizing filter?

@lomaugustry the only filter I was using was the Kodak Wratten filter think it's #99. The meadow was very dry and golden and I would imagine I was using spot metering with one focus point so it most likely under exposed the sky as the dry grass was very reflective and bright
