This is my first time developing with caffenol, an organic black and white film developer based on coffee. Caffenol stains the acetate and so can yield a sepia effect if the negatives are scanned in color. I used the phone app Massive Dev to get the developing time, I’m quite pleased with the results however some images came out more sepia then others. I’m not sure why, I don’t think this has anything to with exposure. All in all I think it’s a better developer than D-76, though I’ll have to try a few more rolls before I’m sure.

I coverted to Caffenol a litle while ago and love it! I haven't scanned any as colour though, my negs usually look prety black and white.
