A fire in the sky

It is estimated that British Columbia is suffering its worst wildfire season is 60 years. Since April 1, 2017, there have been 892 fires consuming almost 600,000 hectares of land and forest, 127 of which are still active. Thankfully, there have been no fires in my area to date. However, I have been under a smoke cloud for over a week now with the sky an ashy grey and the sun a ball of orange. These were shot on at 8:30 am on August 5, 2017. Kodak Ektachrome 200, expired in 2002, home processed in Arista E-6.
