@cjf Thanks! Probably my most photographed tree/trees. I have dozens of shots from this exact spot

Beautiful contrast and mood. May i ask what scanner was used?

@vicas I'm pleased you asked as Im very happy with the quality of this one. I bought a Nikon Coolscan V ED at auction and tested out on this and a few other negatives. It's an amazing scanner and if I were to shoot more 135 film I would of not sold it on. I'd buy another if I ever decided to switch to that format.
The scanner I use for all my other work is an Epson V500 and it's good for medium format but makes only adequate work of 135. Thank you, really appreciate you noticed

@vicas How do you scan your photos? I enjoy the quality you are getting

@stevejack0 Thank you for your complete answer, i´ve been looking to buy a scanner for some time, so I was curious in what you used since the quality is really good.

@stevejack0 Well, most of the photos you see in my page are from a local lab, but the most recent album "Expired Fujicolor 100 - D & S by me" and the recent film I´ve been shooting (I haven´t been posting here), I scanned on an Epson Perfection V850 Pro that I have acess in my college.

@vicas They all look good, the lab scans and your own using the D850. Actually I'm very impressed with how the D850 looks in comparison. Not much between them from where I'm standing.

@stevejack0 yes, the only issue I have with the lab scans is that they send me the photos in bmp and if I want to post them or even put them in lightroom for a bit of editing, I have to convert them to jpg. Plus, I feel like the dpi setting they use is very low, never asked though.
