Mt. Eden Park, Auckland

It's perfectly safe to visit as it's already a dormant volcano - you can either enjoy a nice walk uphill or take a car if you're being lazy but once you get to the top, you'll quickly realize that all the effort is well worth it.

The Prospect of Whitby Pub

The original flagstone floor survives and the pub also has a rare pewter-topped bar as well as old barrels and ship masts built into the structure. Most areas of the pub have spectacular views over the River Thames, including the beer garden and first floor balcony and terrace.
