LomoAmigo Galleries: Asher Moss shoots with the Diana F+ (NSFW)

Nostalgia, intimacy, and urgent yet understated sensuality – are elements that are evidently part of Asher Moss’ work. Moss’ “Models in the Morning” series caught the attention of many, including the folks here at Lomography. The resolution: let Moss try out a few Lomography cameras, and wait for the visual intimacy to begin. In this first segment of LomoAmigo Galleries featuring Asher Moss, we present to you the photographer’s shots using the Diana F+.

Our latest LomoAmigo is no other than musician, director and photographer Asher Moss, otherwise known as BasementFox, whose sensual, quietly provocative portraits expose beautiful women at their most vulnerable and most natural – scantily clad and un-made up, as if having just risen from deep sleep, but sometime in the 1960s or 1970s. Moss film photographs give off a vintage feel, serving as a comforting respite from the highly-stylized images in many fashion glossies.
