Please tell us a little something about yourself.

I was born in the Philippines (Mindanao to be exact) but I moved here in UK when I was 11 years old. I live in Isle of Man, a small island in the UK British Isles, I guess not many of you know this place.

I love to travel! I wish to go backpacking around the world with my camera. Cameras have been my obsession ever since I was young. I own digital cameras as well as an Instax. Now, i’m in love with 35mm film cameras!

How did you find the Community and who/what convinced you to join?

I bought an Aquapix camera ages ago from a charity shop but I never tried it until recently. I was very curious on how to use it. I stumbled upon the website where I saw all the pictures taken with this camera and that was the beginning of everything.

As you have read the 10 Golden Rules of Lomography, what rule do you apply in your everyday life?

Take your camera everywhere you go. I always bring my cameras and extra films with me. I like it when I can document my surroundings.

In this digital age, why still film?

It’s exciting and it’s a unique and creative experience! I get so excited when I’m waiting for the outcome. It’s fun and it brings me such joy.

What is your favorite analogue camera as of the moment? Why?

As of now, my Olympus Trip 35. It doesn’t need batteries at all which makes it very convenient. I have many reasons but I’m still exploring and learning new things with my Olympus.

What is the Lomographic camera you’d want to have someday?

Something panoramic like the Sprocket Rocket or Spinner 360.
