Accidentally Doubled

A most happy accident... I went for a photowalk last month in the neighbourhood of Potong Pasir and grabbed what I thought was an empty roll from my table. Little did I know that the roll had already been exposed and some of the shots were 2 years old! After I had them developed, I realized that some of them showed an interesting mix between Heartland Singapore and Urban Singapore. Another idea for another album maybe...? Some footnotes: While most of Singapore is governed by the ruling party, the neighbourhood of Potong Pasir stayed under an Opposition MP for years and until recently, was one of the longest running Opposition wards in Singapore. This has lent to it retaining a retro charm while the rest of the neighbourhoods were upgraded and modernized. Today, modernization is taking over this neighbourhood. How does this affect the residents and their way of life?
