Shot all of this albums pictures at the wrong film speed by mistake, so had to take the exposure down afterwards a bit. I generally don't edit my pictures, but liked these captures enough to save them.
A short onset of winter in the otherwise much too mild winter this year in northern Germany.
On the afternoon of the 2nd of February 2019 it started to snow only to thaw the next day.

I wanted to experiment, do something very minimal, the first four are variations on this simple landscape, I focussed some, for the viewer to absorb the detail, the texture, then others I threw out of focus to allow the viewer to focus purely on the colours.
First roll of Fujifilm C200 I tried - most of the pictures were taken on a holiday in Eger in early March 2022, last ones were taken in my garden to test the great Tamron 24-70 f2.8 G2 with the EOS 33 (manual focus only but it did not hold me back from taking some good pictures)

The class were in their elements and it was a day well spent...with just a little little bit of a history lesson..!!!!
