Closing Time: A Final Party Before the Move to Brooklyn

After 10 years of the Lomography NYC store, we decided we are up for new adventures and closed our Lomography NYC store on West 8th Street. Before moving to our new studio in Brooklyn, New York, we invited our closest Lomography friends and family in New York to celebrate our community and love of photography at the store for one last time. A few of our Lomography NYC staff members snapped some photos at the event, so check out our recap below.

At our celebration, we exhibited all the new and old instant photos that were taken over the years by and of members of our community. In addition, we had all of our guests sign a big board as a final guest book of West 8th Street. Although we are sad to leave our storefront behind, we are very excited about everything that the future holds for Lomography in the United States!

Our new offices is now located at 68 Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, this is the address you can from now on send your film for development via the LomoLab. You can also contact our offices by phone at (718) 422-7581. If you haven't yet gotten your hands on a Lomography camera, no need to worry, all our wonderful creative cameras can be purchased through our online shop. Of course, we won't vanish into the online world completely, our future is still analog and we will have plenty of community events coming up all around the USA and Canada, stay tuned!
