24th September is Indonesian Peasant Day. On this day peasant movement from every corner of Indonesia mobilized them self into mass protest against Land Monopoly and Land Grabbing.
In daily they are faced many violence, starting from arrested, kidnap, forced eviction, murder. Their very basic and democratic rights has been violated by many actors started from local land lord, military, police, and state that every person Indonesia already know they are doing that to secure lands consolidation for foreign capitals for plantation, industrial complex, mining, and conservation area.
