花手水 -Hanachozu-
"Hanachozu" is a culture that is becoming more popular in Japan. This is the place to wash hands at the entrance of shrine. We call it "手水舎 -Chozuya-". Floating flowers in the water used to wash hands is called "Hanachozu". 花(Flowers)-手(Hands)-水(Water) = 花手水 This is new Japanese culture!
