At the End of the Day

I made a solitary wander down to the waterfront. Some decent shots here. It was cold. Normally it's raining this time of year. I have light leaks. I have a scanner that is visibly failing. It was quiet and not: no one came with me this time, but there were plenty of people on their phones. Such dreadful devices, these. I got to hear my fleet of sparrows go over my head again, a whooshing sound unlike anything else, dozens and dozens of wings racing towards the moonrise. Time is a reaper. Life fast, friends.
