Boiled a mixture of white vinegar and water w/ food coloring, then dipped (post processed) negatives into the concoction

    I love this pic! One question: how long are you cooking the roll for? I'm trying with my first one and I cooked it for 20 minutes. Is it compulsory to have an acid basis such lemon or vinegar?

    So what i did was took some negatives that i already had developed and dipped them with tongs into the boiling mixture for 5 minutes about. I noticed the emulsion gets cooked off too much if you were to do more than 5 minutes. Hope this helped you! Look forward to see your results ❤

    @manu2021 oh also from all the things ive read about souping, acidic liquids have way more of an effect on the emulsion layers
